Biography
Eldest daughter of James Cecil, 1st Marquess of Salisbury, and Lady Emily Mary Hill. She married the diplomat Henry Wellesley at Hatfield House on 27 February 1816 and was the mother of Hon. Georgiana Charlotte Mary Wellesley, later wife of William Henry Lytton Earle Bulwer, 1st Baron Dalling and Bulwer.
