Sir Villiers Charnock, Member of Parliament for Bedfordshire
Biography
Successor to St. John Charnock in the lordship of Bedlow and father of Sir Pyncent Charnock; he succeeded in 1680 and apparently sold the manor to Lady Amabel Grey.

The record distinguishes him from a later Sir Villiers Charnock who succeeded Sir Boteler in 1756; dates of birth and death are not supplied.
