Sir William James Wray, 15th Baronet, 15th and last Baronet of Glentworth, landed gentleman.
Dates: c.1771–27 August 1809
Biography
Sir William James Wray was the only surviving son of Rev. Sir William Ullithorne Wray, 14th Baronet. He inherited the baronetcy in August 1808 but died without issue on 27 August 1809, bringing the Wray baronetcy of 1611 to an end. The associated estates and inheritance history passed through collateral and female lines, notably the Dalton connection descended from Isabella Wray.
