Ralf de Ingworth, Lord of the Ingworth moiety

Biography
Medieval landholder of the Ingworth moiety in Norfolk. He was the next brother of Stephen de Ingworth, was lord in 1256, and married Seincila, daughter of William Baldwin. Their son Henry died before both parents.
